Portales is a fantastic restaurant. It is exactly inside the supermarket of the 311 Prospero Jr., on the corner with Morona Street and front the three pharmacys. It isn't big , but the food is awesome. It opens at morning every day and you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.
They have peruvian food the food i usually order is aji de gallina 🍛, it´s delicious! the servings come with rice on the side, and for dessert a rice pudding. they also have a big choice of delicious desserts. to drink, you can have fruit juices 🍊, soda, coffee and tea☕
